PCG has been named to the LSU 100 Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses list for 2024! Our firm’s ranking on the list will be announced at the annual gala in November. This represents the 2nd consecutive year that PCG has made the cut for this high profile collection of companies. Requirements for consideration on the list include leadership consisting of LSU alums, revenue baselines, and other qualifications. The rankings are based on 3 years of revenue and are tabulated and vetted by an independent CPA firm on behalf of LSU. The 2024 designation includes FY 2023 performance which saw record levels of revenue in the Tech, Petrochemical, Construction, HR, and Accounting direct hire service lines.

Landing on the LSU 100 list in back-to-back years is one of the many exciting developments occurring over the last 2 years at PCG. Other strategic initiatives have included creating an HR recruitment specialized division, investing in a new high powered recruitment platform, expanding and renovating corporate office space, rebuilding the company website including launching a new domain (www.pcgrecruit.com), and intentional increased presence at local trade group events. We hope this designation makes others aware of our story so that we can touch even more lives in the years ahead.
