We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Project Manager to lead projects from inception to closeout with precision, safety, and grit.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Execution: Manage full project lifecycles—including bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial health.
- Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and engineers, anchoring communication in trust.
- Champion Excellence: Lead field teams while strictly enforcing rigid safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
- Experience: 8+ years of dedicated construction PM experience
- Local Insight: Deep familiarity with the Louisiana construction market, local vendors, and regulatory standards.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in modern PM and scheduling software
