Frank joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1979 and became a partner in 1983. In 1988, he became Owner and President of the Personnel Consulting Group, one of the largest blended placement firms in the Gulf Coast area. He is a Past President of the American Association of Finance and Accounting and is a current member of the Board of Directors.
Frank has been a keynote speaker for several convention meetings including the Jefferson Parish President’s Prayer Breakfast, The American Mining Congress and the American Periodontal Association. He has also addressed the continuing education conferences for the American Association of Women Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. As well, he has written articles specific to employment and human resources for different industry publications.
Frank has been married to Annette since 1978 and boasts of her as his better 75%(on her worst day!). They have three grown children – all married – and twelve grandchildren.
He graduated from New Orleans Academy in 1974 and was awarded his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1978. In 2018 Frank became an ordained minister in his church, Lakeview Christian Center in New Orleans. Frank retired from PCG at the end of 2022.
