Brittini was born and raised in Baton Rouge. With degrees from LSU in communication studies and English, she began her career by working in education as a college/ career coach and teacher. She then transitioned to work alongside construction and multifamily housing professionals where she built strong relationships while meeting administrative needs of the organizations she served. Brittini has worked with most operational aspects of construction, including assisting site supervisors, project managers, administrative staff, and field employees. She was involved in the hiring process, aiding with on-boarding, verification of requirements, and other duties as necessary. Brittini’s favorite aspect of recruiting in the construction and engineering division is merging her love of the construction industry with discovering the best in others to drive both individuals and organizations forward.
