Brittini is PCG’s lead HR Recruiter. Brittini applies a people-centered approach to recruitment. She is passionate about identifying top talent, supporting candidates through every step of the process, and helping companies build strong, high-performing teams. What she enjoys most is discovering the best in others and playing a role in the professional growth of both individuals and the organizations she serves. She is an active member of SHRM (both New Orleans and Baton Rouge chapters). Prior to moving into HR Recruitment, Brittini served as a construction division recruiter at PCG helping that division reach record team billing totals.
Brittini was born and raised in Baton Rouge and is a proud graduate of LSU, where she earned dual degrees. She began her career in education as a college and career coach and teacher before transitioning into business roles where she supported leaders across operations, including site supervisors, project managers, administrative teams, and field personnel, all while building strong relationships and supporting the day-to-day needs of each organization. Her experience across various operational roles naturally led her into human resources, where she assisted with hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. These responsibilities sparked her passion for talent acquisition and ultimately inspired her transition into recruiting.
