This position is resposible for assisting the Accounting and Treasury Departments with the accounting for over 20

subsidiaries. The candidate must have strong treasury background in reporting internal and external stakeholders and cash management. This includes oversight of all treasury functions, reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and general cash management. Responsibilities also include special proojects directed by the CFO.

Responsibilities :

• Complete bank compliance documentation

• Manage accounts payable and wire processing

• Coordinate with Accounting Team to manage collections

• Prepare calculations for investment partners

• Assist with special projects for banks and bank relations

• Forecast and manage cash

• Gather credit review information for charters and review credit of customers

• Create reports for liquidity management

• Complete due diligence for debt options

• Create and manage a hedging program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Advanced accounting knowledge and 5-10 years of work experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

• Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Sage experience a plus
