Temporary Accountant

We are helping an established Downtown New Orleans company seeking a full-time Staff Accountant in a temporary-to-permanent capacity to prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

· Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
