Senior Accountant/Accountant Contract Position

This individual will be responsible for
- Running SAP Reports for Invoices and POs weekly and formatting to be uploaded into CORE (will be tracking Budget and Earned Value)
- Reconciling SAP to CORE (weekly)
- Verify that POs have been issued and coded properly for capitalization (weekly)
- Creating Policies and Procedure regarding the accounting functions.
Monthly Closes Responsibilities
- Reconciling Actual Project Costs to CORE for month end
- Accruing for work completed but not yet invoice
- Creating Invoice from Development Manager (Common Facilities entity) to Joint Venture .
- Checking that all expenses in Development Manager are charged to JV, create a report for all that are not
- Identify Corporate allocated costs and categorize into budget categories – load / send to CORE
- Ensure that all costs are properly coded to allow capitalization (By Construction Unit where possible)
- Various other projects as determined
Degree in Accounting required and a minimum of 10 years of experience .
