We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Railroad Track Foreman to lead and manage track construction, maintenance, and repair projects in the New Orleans area. If you have hands-on railroad experience and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise crews performing railroad track construction, repair, and maintenance.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards through regular quality checks.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, supervisors, and on-site teams.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with all project stakeholders.
- Promote a safety-first culture, enforcing safety protocols and procedures on every job site.
- Keep accurate records and ensure all project documentation is up to date.

- Experience: Proven background in railroad construction.
