Parts Manager (will pay for relocation to Louisiana)


Our client is currently searching for a Parts Manager at our Covington, LA location to manage the Parts and Warehouse Departments and provide general oversight for the generation of parts sales and customer satisfaction through product knowledge and prompt, courteous service. Our ideal candidate will not just manage – but transform the way we deliver exceptional service and quality parts to our valued customers!

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead a sales process that’s not just about selling parts but creating customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Oversee the customer order process, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
  • Manage customer requests and complaints, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Coach the Parts Team to drive customers to our online portal.
  • Keep a pulse on customer satisfaction levels and implement changes to ensure we’re exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure a perpetual (cycle count) physical inventory to ensure accuracy of our parts supply.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring that we keep our operations moving seamlessly.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of daily parts paperwork.
  • Coach, inspire, and elevate our Parts and Warehouse teams to peak performance.
  • Identify and implement training opportunities to ensure that the Parts Team knows our products inside out and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of related parts sales and management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • High energy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willing to face complex issues head on, work through challenges, and implement changes to build a stronger organization.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Salary $80-110K with 15% bonus
