Front Office Administrator


The Personnel Consulting Group is searching on behalf of a professional services firm for a detail-oriented customer service and administrative professional. This person will be the liaison between clients and office operations, both on the phone and in person. This is a dynamic environment and a great opportunity for someone who wants to be an integral part of a tight-knit team and high-performing organization.


– Greet visitors and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls

– Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed

– Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and logistics

– Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required

– Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for company records and documents

– Coordinate and oversee office events and celebrations to promote a positive work culture

– Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment

– Collaborate with team members to support and enhance the overall office culture

Required Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office

– Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment

– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and initiatives

– Positive team-oriented attitude.
