Local bank is looking for a Bookkeeper with banking experience to work In the Deposit Operations Department. This candidate must have a min. of 3 years in a banking enviroment and a general understanding of accounting principal’s.

Job duties include:

  • Account reconciliations and balancing.
  • Understanding of general ledger and journal entries
  • Some A/P and A/R
  • ACH processing and card disputes, settlement, and issues.
  • Some report processing
  • Word and excel at a basic level
  • Other adm. duties as needed
  • Clerical task relating to electronic banking,(ie. debit cards, internet and telephone banking.)
  • Customer service to resolve account disputes.
  • Other task as needed

Salary will depend upon experience, and this is an onsite position.
