Leighton Ventura has joined PCG as a Senior Accounting and Finance Recruiter after having spent years in the accounting field. Leighton is passionate about working with people and helping connect them with opportunities that make sense for their careers. He is looking forward to building strong relationships and making an impact on both the candidate and hiring authority sides.
Leighton has performed accounting and finance duties for a regional CPA firm, the largest healthcare provider in the region, one of the most respected and sophisticated law firms in the southeast, and an industrial equipment rep. Leighton’s variety of industry experiences gives him depth of understanding the needs of stakeholders when they are trying to locate talent.
Leighton grew up in Metairie and graduated from Brother Martin High School, where he was a proud Golden Crusader and played on the basketball team. Leighton went on to attend LSU earning a bachelors in accounting and later earning his MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport. Outside of work, you can usually find him exercising, attempting to improve his golf game, or walking his dogs.
